From a family of two children it grows to twelve as the Vermaas parents open their home and hearts to children who are unwanted and damaged.

The family live in America but adopt from overseas. Their son has Asperger’s so they understand all about love, care and patience. Their hearts are huge and full of love.

Get Money Do Good is an inspiring read about an amazing family. The chapters alternate between the voices of four of the family members. There is honesty, heartache and above all – love.

Their home can be summed up as:

“You are loved. You are wanted. You are safe.”

This was such an amazing, powerful and inspirational read. I can highly recommend it.
