There is the theme of being just who God created you to be. Sometimes we struggle to mould ourselves into someone we were never created to be. We must be prepared to lay down our plans and line our wills up with God’s.

I loved the inclusion of a scruffy dog called Charlie. His antics made me smile. He really was a real life super hero.

Love At First Bark was a delightful read and just perfect for a miserable autumnal afternoon.
