Snow Fence Road by Phyllis Edgerly Ring

Secrets And Lies

Snow Fence Road by Phyllis Edgerly Ring is a contemporary tale about love and loss, guilt and learning to live and love again. It is beautifully written and will speak to your heart.

Loss hurts. It consumes and it takes over. People need a place to heal, a place where love and life can begin again.

The theme of healing runs throughout the novel. Sometimes it is physical healing that is needed, at other times it is mental healing. Our mental scars often take longer to heal. Outwards physical signs signify inner turmoil.

The novel is about love and friendship. There is a beautiful calm atmosphere that pervades the whole story. An air of love and care wafts throughout.

Secrets and lies by omission threaten to derail lives. It is far better to bring everything into the open.

Lives need to be cleansed as the past is faced. The white snow signifies purity and cleansing.

The characters were all likable. Life had dealt blows from which they needed to recover and re-enter life again.

I really enjoyed Snow Fence Road. There was an ethereal beauty and sense of calm that lodged in my heart and soul. I feel like I have been soothed and cleansed as I escaped from the world for a while. Snow Fence Road is a work of great beauty.

I received this book for free. A favourable review was not required and all views expressed are my own.
