Where The Sky Meets The Sand by Chris Loehmer Kincaid is a wonderful and uplifting Christian historical novel set in the 1990’s.
The novel alternates between America and Kenya. With vivid descriptions, the African landscape comes to life for the reader. It is “a country of contrasts.” The poor are very poor but contented with what little they have. Their priorities are family. They know what really matters.
The story follows a couple from America who fall in love with the ‘real’ Kenya and its people. Their story interconnects with the story of two missionaries aiming to share Jesus to all.
